KUBER TERMS AND CONDITION

1. This scheme is for 11 complete months & customers can pay installments for 10 months.
2. PAN Card, address proof is mandatory. Nomination is compulsory and Nominee's PAN card & Address Proof Xerox is also mandatory.
3. Customers can participate by paying minimum of Rs.1000/- and in the multiples of Rs.100/- thereafter. Customers may pay as much amount as they feel like and as many times as they want.
4. Customers should preserve all the receipts & submit at the time of maturity.
5. When customer pays the amount, gold worth that amount at our prevailing 22ct gold rate of that day will be booked in the name of the customer. (The gold value will be inclusive of applicable GST.)
6. On completion of scheme period, customers can carry 22ct gold coins or ornaments against booked Qty. Cash will not be refunded. At the end of the scheme, if customer's selects jewellery, 10% discount will be given on the making charges.
7. Customers can pay in cash, by Debit/Credit card, through RTGS/NEFT, by cheque or by post dated cheque/s. The cheque should be drawn in the name of 'P. N. Gadgil & Sons Ltd.' Amount may be deposited in cash up to Rs. 200,000/- per scheme. There after amount needs to be deposited through Card / cheque/ RTGS / NEFT only.
8. If the amount is deposited by cheque, gold credited will be subject to realisation of cheque, In case of dishonoring of cheque transaction will be cancelled, Rs.150 will be deducted from gift points credited to customer against this scheme.
9. Bonus points will be calculated as per example given below. In case of prematurity, No bonus points will be rewarded. Customer will be entitled only for their booked gold quantity in case of prematurity.
10. Customer completing term of 10 months will be entitled for “Scheme Bonus Points Gift Vouchers” on the basis of amount deposited. Customer can collect such Scheme Bonus Points Gift Vouchers only on completion of 11 months. Said Scheme Bonus Points Gift Vouchers will be valid for 10 months from issue. No encashment for bonus points allowed.
11. If customer fails to collect Scheme Bonus gift voucher within 1 month from completion of 11 months (i.e. 12 months from start of scheme), the same will be sent on Postal address through Registered Post.
12. The duration for contribution in the scheme is for 10 months. After the date of maturity in case the customer doesn't take the delivery of gold, then no additional bonus will be given for the additional days.
13. Scheme Bonus Gift Voucher can be redeemed to buy any goods and services available in P. N. Gadgil and Sons Ltd's Stores. (One exception – It cannot be used to pay installment of any scheme.) Partial redemption of gift voucher is not allowed. 1 Bonus point will be treated as Rs.1/- .
14. GST rate is applicable as on Maturity / Delivery Date. (In case of Diffarance customer will pay additional GST or get refund of excess GST.)
